Tailoring business

We carry out different types of washing depending on the materials used, but only one type of drying with temperatures that do not alter the characteristics of the fabrics used. Quality controls are carried out at the end of the assembly, after washing and final ironing.

Product assembly is done with special machines specially modified for our needs; packaging and shipping are also very important.

Large and demanding investment is our solution to the new reality in which we live. Made-to-measure and tailor-made garments with increasingly less programming, all the usual steps are skipped; the new systems allow fantastic things to happen and all this changes the very relationship with the customer.

We work in an integrated way and cross our products exactly on the day and in the spot the garment-maker wants. After two months of new operations, we can already see the first results, which are very exciting.

Of course the product has to be made locally. You cannot think of having the fabrics made in low labour-cost countries as they would skip the process completely.

We already have the result; in 48 hours the tailor-made garment is delivered to the customer needle-ready. We had to focus on our way of working and take care of quality almost obsessively because the requirements have changed, even though some standards, such as drying, perfectly meet today's needs.
